When does the subscription renew?The subscription will renew on the 1st of every month.
When will I receive my first subscription?Items are shipped by the 14th each month (Ex: If you join by 10/4 your first box will ship by 10/14)
What if I want to make a change?Just sign into your account and you'll be able to skip months and/or make other changes.
Can I buy items from one of the months?Any items we've listed from previous subscriptions are here. Outside of those options, once a subscription has shipped, usually the items are gone for good. Just another reason why subscribing is a great idea.
Are the subscriptions returnable?We do not allow returns butif there's an error with your subscription, we will take care of it!
How do I get notified when spots are available? We recommend joining out waitlist to be notified first if spots open up. Link below.
